Our Organic Oil Blend is an extra virgin olive oil obtained exclusively from organic olives – 70% Frantoio, 20% Moraiolo, 5% Leccino, 5% Pendolino – harvested between October and November. The crushing takes place cold using only mechanical procedures Its colour is green, and the final result is characterised by a medium intense, balanced and persistent fruity flavour.
The tins used for the conservation of extra virgin olive oil allow to totally shield the oil from light, leaving its organoleptic characteristics totally intact until opening.

Aroma: On the nose, it gives sensations of freshly cut grass, artichoke leaf and notes of shelled almond Flavour: The spiciness and bitterness are perfectly balanced on the palate, with a noteworthy aftertaste. Pairings: Recommended for seasoning any dish and ideal for enriching legume soups, ribollita and pappa al pomodoro (tomato soup).
To be used raw but also for brief cooking and at high temperatures. Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources. Best consumed within 12/18 months.
